Blake Morgan conveyancers win major industry award for outstanding client service
Blake Morgan’s conveyancing specialists in the Thames Valley are celebrating after winning a major national award to recognise their impeccable standards of customer service.
The firm’s Oxford office won Best in County at the prestigious ESTAS (Estate Agent of the Year) Conveyancer Awards, which are the largest independent awards in the UK property industry.
The awards, which are unique in the industry, select winners purely on client feedback, measuring them on the level of customer service provided by conveyancers throughout the home-moving process.
Blake Morgan was announced a winner at a glittering awards dinner hosted by TV property expert Phil Spencer at the Grosvenor House Hotel, in London.
Tanya Warner, Head of the Conveyancing Team at Blake Morgan’s Oxford office, said: “What makes this award particularly special is the fact it is based purely on client feedback.
“We are very proud that our expert conveyancing service to national and international clients has been rated so highly.”
Jamie Sutton, Partner in the conveyancing team, added: “We are delighted to be recognised for the outstanding customer service we provide to our clients.
“We have always been very proud of the personal service our team provides and this award underlines that ongoing commitment to go the extra mile for each and every client.”
The awards were sponsored by SearchFlow and backed by Solicitors Journal.
Comments for Blake Morgan that contributed to the firm’s shortlisting included “extremely helpful, reliable and friendly,” “polite, friendly and super-efficient,” “speedy and very cost effective”, “clear and prompt and adept at dealing with unusual issues,” and “exceptional”.
Blake Morgan’s conveyancers are part of the firm’s Residential Property team, which provides a specialist service to a wide spectrum of clients on all types of property purchases and sales.
