Blake Morgan and a number of the firm’s lawyers have once again been listed in the Chambers High Net Worth 2020 guide – the go-to guide for private wealth advisors looking for intelligent support and advice.

The latest edition of the annual guide covers private wealth management and related specialisms in a range of jurisdictions around the world.  The guide also features in-depth editorial, highlighting the leading lawyers and law firms for wealthy individuals and their families.

In this year’s guide, Blake Morgan’s private client teams – including those in the firm’s London, Southampton, Oxford and Cardiff offices, are noted for offering ‘a complete legal service while maintaining a personal connection with their clients’ and for being ‘extremely helpful and flexible.’ The Wales, Oxford and Southampton teams in particular were ranked as ‘band two’ in this year’s guide.

The guide highlights notable practitioners too. This year, the guide identified Stephanie Walls and James Greig in the Thames Valley and Oxford as band one and band two lawyers respectively while in Cardiff the guide ranked Lisa Davies as a band two lawyer, with one client saying Lisa is ‘able to offer excellent advice and [is] very efficient in delivering the desired outcome.’ Ben Coulson and Nicky Sherrard – also from the Cardiff office – were highlighted as ‘associates to watch’. Ben was found to be ‘very professional, diligent and easy to communicate with’ and Nicky was recommended as being ‘very knowledgeable and extremely thorough.’

Helen Bunker, Head of Private Client at Blake Morgan, said: “This year’s Chambers guide again shows what a talented, professional and knowledgeable private client practice we have at Blake Morgan.  It’s clear our work is highly valued by our clients and we’re delighted to be recognised once again for our focus on service and delivering great results.  I’m also pleased to see excellent rankings and feedback for some of our team members – particularly for our associates who have a bright future ahead of them.”

Clients of Blake Morgan include high net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs and owners of business, farms and estates, and families that require advice on succession and tax, residential property or sensitive family issues spanning, divorce, mediation and mental capacity.
