Blake Morgan named Property Law Firm of the Year in Wales

Blake Morgan’s Property Services Group has received top honours at the Insider Media Wales Property Awards 2023.

Property Law Firm of the Year went to Blake Morgan in a night that celebrated firms and individuals who have excelled in the country’s property and construction sector during the last 12 months.

The awards took place on Thursday 15 June at a sold-out Cardiff City Hall where the talent, professionalism and sheer hard work of the sector was celebrated.

Highlights for the Property Law Firm of the Year include advising SPTS Technologies on its acquisition and development of a new factory site, and acting for Prisma Property Developments on the sale of 66 units to an affordable housing provider.
