Blake Morgan has received two shortlistings in Business South’s inaugural Central South Business Awards.

The awards celebrate all the remarkable businesses in the Central South region and the people who work for them. The leading law firm has been shortlist for the Professional Services Award and the Employer of the Year Award.

The Professional Services Award highlights excellence in a regulated sector with management under-pinned by a strong financial performance and adherence to a professional code of conduct. This category covers a wide range of professional services including legal, financial, recruitment and consultancies.

The Employer of the Year recognises a business that has created a healthy and supportive work environment with a genuine commitment to the wellbeing of its employees.

Blake Morgan is also delighted to be sponsoring the Business Growth Award, recognising a business which, through outstanding vision and leadership, has achieved significant and sustained growth. Many congratulations to Meachers Global Logistics, Paul Basham Associates, Penta Precision, Start Communications and ThinkEngine who were chosen as finalists following a rigorous scoring process and interviews.

The Central South Business Awards take place on Wednesday 28 September at the Hilton Ageas Bowl, Southampton.
