Blake Morgan Associate and Real Estate lawyer Rhiannon Peploe-Williams has been announced as Women in Property’s South Wales Vice Chair for 2021/22.
Amy Beacham of WSP takes the role as Chair of the property and construction industry networking organisation from 1 March, for one year. Rhiannon will support Amy as Vice Chair over the course of the next year before becoming Chair in 2022.
Rhiannon has an established commercial property background in both the private and public sectors. She has experience in dealing with a wide range of property transactions with an emphasis on commercial property acquisition and disposal, and asset management for both landlord and tenants in the retail, office, health, charity and public sectors.
Rhiannon, who has been a Women in Property member since 2018 says she is looking forward to her term as Vice Chair:
I am thrilled to take on the role of Vice Chair and support Amy and the rest of our branch in what should be a very exciting year ahead. I hope we will inspire our members with an innovative events schedule for 2021 both virtually and in-person. A priority during my term is to encourage new members to join our branch and to engage with existing members as our industry re-emerges from lockdown.
Since the pandemic started early in 2020, Women in Property has continued to support its members whilst navigating a difficult time in lockdown. Women in Property has continued to provide CPD events, informal networking events and mentoring online.
Rhiannon will hold the role of South Wales branch Chair until 28th February 2022.
