Double recognition for Blake Morgan at Solent Deals Awards
Blake Morgan has been named as finalists in two categories at 2023 Solent Deals Awards – ‘Law Firm of the Year’ and ‘Small Deal of the Year’.
The leading law firm are aiming for consecutive triumphs having won the ‘Law Firm of the Year’ award at last year’s event.
In more recognition for Blake Morgan’s Corporate and Banking & Finance teams, their work on McCarthy Marland’s acquisition of Hughes and Salvidge earned them a place in the final of the ‘Small Deal of the Year’ award.

Award sponsors and independent judges assessed many entries from the region’s leading banks, corporate finance advisers, dealmakers, management teams, alternative lenders, private equity firms, law firms and more – across 14 award categories to decide their finalists.
Blake Morgan has a strong reputation in the Central South for their corporate and banking and finance work and this recognition further cements that reputation.
The Solent Deals Awards will take place at the Hilton at the Ageas Bowl in Southampton on 23 March 2023 with Mark Durden-Smith once again hosting. Find out more about the awards here.
