Blake Morgan has strengthened its position as a leader in cross-border transactions with the appointment of a Korean-speaking lawyer to its renowned Real Estate team.

The firm has welcomed Ona Proctor, a solicitor who specialises in commercial real estate, to its London-based practice.

Ona has extensive experience in cross-border deals and strong links to Korea, having previously acted for one of the country’s largest commercial banks.

The appointment consolidates Blake Morgan’s international deal-making credentials. The firm is a member of TAGLaw, the worldwide alliance of law firms, and has strong relationships with overseas firms and cross-border clients.

Blake Morgan partner Jeremy Taylor, who leads the firm’s Real Estate Team in London, said: “We are very pleased to welcome Ona to the team.

“She has a wealth of experience in cross-border acquisitions and transactions and is perfectly positioned as we seek to build on our overseas relationships in Korea and around the globe.”
