Leading dealmaker joins Thames Valley Corporate team

The corporate team at Blake Morgan has cemented its ambitious growth strategy in the Thames Valley with the appointment of Mary Pears.

With over 25 years in corporate law, she brings a wealth of experience advising clients on a broad range of transactions including acquisitions, disposals, MBO’s, private equity, joint ventures and group re-organisations.  Mary joins the firm from Harrison Clark Rickerbys having previously worked for Field Seymour Parkes for over 20 years. As a Legal Director with Blake Morgan, Mary will act for a wide range of clients advising on all aspects of corporate and company law.
