Louise di Mambro OBE (Consultant in the firm’s Privy Council Team) has had the honour of being elected a Master of the Bench of Middle Temple. This is in further recognition of her long and distinguished legal career.

The Honourable Society of the Middle Temple is one of four Inns of Court exclusively entitled to call their members to the Bar of England and Wales. They provide support, education and accommodation to barristers at every stage of their careers.

The Middle Temple currently has 510 Ordinary Benchers and 107 Senior (retired) Benchers. The Inn also elects Honorary Masters of the Bench, as well as distinguished individuals from other walks of life who have excelled in their respective professions. Currently the Inn has 172 Honorary Benchers.

Prior to joining Blake Morgan in 2022, Louise held many prominent roles, including Registrar of the Privy Council and was the first Registrar of the UK Supreme Court. Louise received an OBE in the 2021 New Year’s honours list for services to the administration of justice.
