New entry for Blake Morgan in The Times Best Law Firms Guide 2022
Blake Morgan has been awarded a new entry into The Times Best Law Firms Guide for 2022. The listing recognises the expertise and quality of advice delivered by leading law firms and is entirely peer selected.
Working with international market research company Statista, solicitors in the UK were asked for their opinions in any of the 26 categories covering business, public and private client fields. To make sure the survey was fair, respondents were not allowed to choose their own law firm, and technology and other scrutiny was put in place to prevent anyone from voting more than once.
The Times highlight the fact that Blake Morgan provided legal advice on all aspects of a recent NHS project to develop a programme to eliminate Hepatitis C in the UK. This included planning and designing the procurement, the contractual work to support it, and litigation advice on challenges to the process. The guide also praised the firm’s growing public sector work and its full-service capability.
The accolade follows a successful year for Blake Morgan’s Commercial Litigation team with Band 1 rankings in the Chambers and Partners Guide and Tier 1 rankings in the Legal 500 directory. One commentator in the Chambers Guide said:
