Private Client Partner Helen Bunker shortlisted for Woman of the year award

Helen Bunker, a Partner in Blake Morgan’s private client team is celebrating after being shortlisted in the ‘Woman of the year – professional services’ category at the Citywealth Powerwomen awards 2020.

Now in its seventh year the Citywealth Powerwomen awards champion women in the wealth sector, highlighting the female leaders of today and tomorrow. The awards spotlight individuals and companies who support caregiving responsibilities, female leadership and celebrate diversity. The awards will be held on the 4 March 2020.

Helen is one of ten finalists for the ‘Woman of the year – professional services’ award. Her shortlisting recognises her outstanding contribution to initiatives both inside and outside of Blake Morgan that look to promote women as well as helping others with their career progression whilst retaining oversight of the firm’s private client business group. 

Having held management roles within Blake Morgan, and legacy firm Piper Smith Watton, since 2005, Helen is driven to succeed and as such, has spearheaded a number of initiatives which have put the Private Client sector at the forefront of Blake Morgan’s advisory services.

One of Helen’s clients commented on her shortlisting said: ‘Helen is constantly on the lookout for ways in which she and her team can offer even better client service and her enthusiasm and commitment to her role means I have no hesitation in nominating her as one of the top outstanding and influential advisers’.
