Can the right to pursue a court case be transferred from a person after death?
The High Court has ruled that a right to pursue a court case can transfer from a person after their death to the executor of their estate, allowing the executor to bring a claim on behalf of the deceased person.

Following a breakdown in a relationship, both parents and grandparents can apply for a £500 voucher from the Ministry of Justice towards their legal fees for mediation.
