Ben regularly acts in procurement claims for both claimants and defendants, with particular experience in the healthcare sector. Ben recently acted as junior counsel to NHS England in the Braceurself procurement challenge in both the High Court and Court of Appeal, the judgments being leading authorities on manifest error and sufficiently serious breach.
