Joseph Barrett is a leading barrister in public procurement and ranked as Band 1 in Legal 500, Chambers and Partners and Who’s Who Legal. He has appeared in some of the most high-profile procurement challenges in recent times, including Teleperformance Contact Limited, Helioperations, National Lottery, Dukes Bailiffs, and Bromcom. It has recently been announced that Joseph will be appointed one of his King’s Counsel on 18th March 2024.

Sarah Whittle
Legal Director
Sarah Whittle is a Legal Director in the Cardiff Litigation and Dispute Resolution Team with extensive experience of advising public sector and private clients on a wide range of commercial and public law disputes, in particular judicial reviews, public procurement disputes and disputes and recently advised NHS England in both the High Court and Court of Appeal.
