From our five offices, our specialist team of solicitors can provide a tailored, expert service to our clients’ business needs. We have extensive experience advising borrowers, lenders, equity investors and sponsors in connection with all kinds of financing, including large-scale debt financing. Our lawyers specialise in debt finance transactions involving, among others, receivables finance, trade finance and asset finance. We also have a range of specialist lawyers in other teams who provide dedicated sector support for finance transactions.

Receivable finance
We advise lenders and businesses on a wide range of receivables financing arrangements including invoice discounting, the sale and purchase of lease portfolios, project contracts and lease contracts.
Debt restructuring
We advise our clients on the refinancing of their existing indebtedness and restructuring of their corporate structure.
