Pre-litigation
We conduct pre-litigation work using lettering and telephony on low value debts. We have developed automatic workflows to ensure accounts are progressed efficiently, promoting a cost effective solution to business debt recovery. We sell the benefits of early settlements to customers as part of this process to aid swift recovery.
Litigation
We review the likelihood of recovery prior to issuing to ensure that litigation is effectively deployed in the right circumstances. We discuss relevant litigation factors with our clients and produce a bespoke service designed to meet our client's needs from issue to enforcement.
Enforcement
We enforce County Court Judgments using Charging Orders, Attachment of Earnings, Warrant of Controls, Statutory Demands and Order for Sales where appropriate. We ensure that we advise our clients on the most proportionate method of enforcement. In the non-regulated sector for business debt recovery we use High Court Enforcement Officers for enforcement.
TCF
We balance the requirements of debt collection and the need of our clients to ensure we treat customers fairly. We are sensitive to Customers' circumstances and ensure we conduct ourselves in a friendly and open manner. We are flexible to meet customers' needs.
Financial Conduct Authority (FCA)
We act for a number of clients who are FCA regulated. We have established policies to ensure we are in unison with our client's needs to be FCA compliant, we contribute to industry on FCA matters and understand our client's regulatory responsibilities.
Call recording
We record and quality review Customer interactions. The software provides an excellent dialler facility to run efficient call campaigns, enables us to provide MI on outcomes of customer calls, to take card payments electronically and is PCI compliant.
Technology
We have an excellent technology base which we continue to invest in and develop. This includes; online client portals so clients have instant access to their files; automatic workflows to ensure cost effective recovery; the facility for SMS contact; instalment modules; MI reporting suites tailored to our client needs and call recording facilities with a dialler function.
People & training
Our team are experts in debt recovery. We invest in our team and aim for high service standards and strong client relationships. We operate a rigorous training programme for our staff and put an emphasis on robust supervision of work by a management team comprised of experienced practitioners.
Oversight
We ensure that we comply with our policies and manage our compliance process. We achieve this through regular feedback/training to the team on regulatory matters including call scoring and feedback and regular policy reviews as the debt environment changes. We audit team files on a monthly basis and hold team 121 sessions weekly.
