Our travel accident team recovered over £5m for our client following a road traffic accident in France involving a Swiss insurer. This was a complex claim but our expert travel accident lawyers worked hard to ensure that the claimant received the highest possible compensation so that he could access the life-time support and care he needs following his life-changing injuries. This included arranging substantial interim payments to assist the client's recovery and help make modifications to his home to improve his quality of life.


Our travel accident lawyers recovered a seven-figure compensation sum for a claimant who suffered a catastrophic spinal injury after being caught up in an avalanche during a ski holiday in France. Our experienced travel accident team navigated the national and international laws alongside the rules of the piste to help secure the best possible outcome for our client. The compensation received enabled him to adapt his home and take the time from work that he needed to rebuild his life.


Our travel accident lawyers can pursue claims that are worth more than what the Defendant's insurance policy will pay out. On one such occasion we secured seven-figure damages for a claimant who suffered a traumatic brain injury and spinal injuries following a fall in Spain. The claim was pursued in England and despite the defendant's policy being exhausted, legal costs were recovered over and above the policy limits and the defendants were pursued for the damages that were not covered by the policy.
