Highlights

Acted for Tidal Lagoon Power predominantly in respect of the proposed Swansea Bay and Cardiff lagoons, with work including options, leases for the landfall parts of the lagoons, leases for laydown areas, easements for access roads, easements for underground cabling and access licences. 

Our expert regeneration team acted for Peabody Trust in connection with Phase One Thamesmead Regeneration at Southmere Lake in Abbey Wood and advised Peabody on their bid to develop phase one of the regeneration scheme known as Meridian One, Enfield. 

We acted for Rightacres on its Joint Venture agreement with SA Brain in respect of a major regeneration scheme proposed for the Brains Brewery site in Central Cardiff. This is one of the largest regeneration projects in the UK featuring 3m sq feet of offices, hotels, and apartments alongside a waterfront leisure zone. 

We play a lead role in regional regeneration programmes promoting opportunities for Southampton and Portsmouth's economic regeneration as a key partner in "Portsmouth & Southampton The Solent" in conjunction with Business South.
